We had an ocean front view which was absolutely amazing. After experiencing this I can not recomment this place.Payments made by partners impact the order of prices displayed. IGNORANT people taking 2 spots for one vehicle! When I asked them how come they did not let me know after I had checked in they had no answer. Just sounds of the waves crashing.

No one said this was a 5 star hotel, but doesn't mean it still can't be a great experience. Bathroom was also very clean and plenty of towels.

We also ate at the Tiki Bar by the pool/waterpark and that was amazing as well. I agree that sometimes our guests will take up two parking spaces but we try our best to keep an eye on that. I indicated to you that on 3/21/13 I had hired an independent pest control co. which uses a trained dog that detects bed bugs. We were there for a Cheer Competion my kids had fun in the water park which was halfway down the hall from our room another bonus!! The rooms were very dirty. They have bbq grills outside next to the outdoor pool. So again, not a big deal. The sheets had holes in them. Didn't have to worry about what time it was or what day it was....just to have fun. Very relaxing, and the suite was large with lots of open space.. They do need some moderizing, but it is the fact that they are not clean that is a real turn off. ... first bedroom with 2 Full sized beds, the second and third bedrooms have 1 King bed in each. rough housing and bullying is not tolerated in the indoor pool and I have weekly meetings with the lifeguard staff. I was a little nervous because of all the reviews I read... (about the supposed bed bugs and mold in the Jacuzzi).

I ended up with a 1 bedroom with 2 beds and pull out sofa bed. Paid for oceanfront rooms which were awesome! They were not honest and misrepresentated that they had a clean establishment. the Staff was GREAT Helen, Michelle, Nicole, Karen, Mike (the names are in order in how I met them). We had never been to Wildwood. The only positive thing was the indoor/outdoor pools.Hotel was beach front , our room was enormous, tiny balcony. Then on Saturday I took my kids to the indoor waterpark it was overly crowded some little brat kept hitting my 4 & 7 yr old and the life guard refused to do anything about it! It had a own bar and restuarant. The kids had an enjoyable and memorable vacation they can remember forever!

Betty from housekeeping was super nice and very efficient. The water in the pool was a bit salty but what do you expect being on the beach. We all will!The Montego Bay Hotel on the Wildwood Boardwalk could be a great place, but they really need to clean up the place. Everything was clean. The bed rooms were alittle dark and the beds were low and hard. So after only 20 minutes I took them back to the room!

This was a great beach resort hotel and we would definately stay here again! The only thing I found hard about our trip was leaving and coming home.

I explained to you the results of that inspection, which were negative, and indicated I would forward to you a copy of that written report which I did in todays mail 3/28/13.I will leave a copy of that report at the front desk for anyone to review in the future .I am sorry that your stay with us was unpleasant.My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. again I appoligize for that oversight in your case.

The food was excelent, the bartender, named Champ was very nice to us the first night then was Horrible towards us the second night, when asked what was wrong he said he had a bad day and wasn't putting up with anybody's S*%t, very mean and nasty the second night to all who came into the bar. Overall, the place was a bit pricey for August but not in other months and everything was comfortable, clean and fun.
