I would say this theatre gets busier than other theatres during the holiday season since many families spend the day shopping and then go to the movies afterwards. Service people are surprisingly helpful and attentive.Honestly I would not have gone back to this theatre if not for the location - but I did. I went to see Avengers Endgame twice here and after my traumatic experience with Coco, I've realized this theatre has a terrible habit of leaving the door open during the movie.
