Netspend, a Global Payments Company, is a service provider to MetaBank. Wow but yet they must have not learned their lesson and seem to enjoy having to settle out of court to send customers more money than what they were asking . Guess what NetSpend decide to do they decided to close both my accounts the next day I had to tell them they fucked up on my accounts .. Where is my money , where ismy money .. And I was home resting from a medical procedure. And you suppose be a leader, a professional this is what we dealing with. Somebody compromised my credit card. Expect a check in the mail 7-10 business days for the remaining funds on my card. I’m harassing them because someone stole money from me and I’m trying to get my money back. Sounds like theft to me so mad.On 5/17/19 a transaction was made with a Netspend card at an ATM machine of a Financial Institution. I see I am not the only one NetSpend has done this to . I did everything that I needed to do file my police report gave them that information. I paid the $9 fee for a new card and when I called to activate it they blocked my account. And told me that they will be working on it. The customer Service I have received was rude, and offer no help at all.. ADP is a professional company that works and does not hassle their customers nor charges you outstanding fees for everything you do with your card! I went to a local retail store I purchased a NetSpend card I put $400 on the card I then went home to activate the card the card has been blocked by risk management because the address that I used to have when I used to have part a long time ago isn’t the same address as the card I was just now registering I purchased the card so I could pay a bill that was due immediately but for the last 3 days the card has been blocked this risk management has not changed anything I said in their stupid documentation which has nothing to do with this brand new card fits has my money on it and not theirs and I can’t pay the bill and I still can’t use the card and of course they’re closed and there’s nothing that can be done it says risk management will take care of it within 6 hours that was two days ago and guess what it’s still blocked I am pissed I’m going to call the better business bureau I’m going to file complaints and I’m going to put it all over the Internet that shady business is companies doingI already submitted a complaint with FTC an hour ago and my next step is calling BBB. All means of recovery the customer should be compensated.Today I received an offer from this organization for a Netspend pre-paid MasterCard. & Sun. And I said, OK, Later on that evening, maybe about 7 o’clock. That a person in leadership with a leadership role made a comment like that. But an American here, showed me how to get a local US phone number so all calls are free. When the documents from the investigative unit finally came- I had to wait another week or so until I got a phone call from someone who claims she reported to no one else and the case was closed.
