So, in the last few days all my Paypal purchases started failing for whatever reason.

Not all countries have the same PayPal featues and functions.

It can be credit/debit/prepaid, but it has to be VISA or a Mastercard.

You will also be much more covered using these cards than Maestro that is good enough for most things, but definitely not good enough for everything. Maestro Card debit cards can be used to pay for purchases online, and is used the same way any other debit card is used online.

PayPal allows using CreditCards AND Debit Cards.

Each time I try to do so am told to addanother card. I have no creditcard and I live in Belgium..I'm trying to link my Maestro card as well, but when I picked the Maestro option it askes me to fill in my csc code, which is not on the card.

I removed the card from Paypal and tried re-adding it, but Maestro is not an option on the list?
